Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Technical DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for evolving, overseeing and optimizing our technical infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the automated provisioning and deprovisioning software and ensure seamless operations of all infrastructure required to run the services. In addition you will work on actual product functionality as well as assist the customer success team with configuration of application settings, either manually or eventually using automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, SNS, Key Management, and RDS (Postgres) to design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning systems using Python, Ansible, and Git.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Assist with configuring the customer systems using our JSON based rules.
  • Create some back end product functionality using python.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in DevOps roles with a focus on managing complex technical infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in AWS services, Python, Ansible, Git, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in using modern digital tools like Slack and Zoom for daily interactions.
